Currently, Andrew is Managing Director of Klingel & Co which provides consulting services to a range of companies from new ventures to large enterprises, in the areas of strategy, marketing, finance, business development, product development and operations. Carmine is a corporate lawyer with 20 years of transactional experience in energy investment banking, corporate securities law and real estate development.
