NFP Drive to Outcome Framework

About the Report

In 2008, PricewaterHouseCoopers (PwC) conducted a comprehensive exercise to determine the opportunities to simplify and align grant application and reporting process. The three primary objectives include:
  1. Conduct primary research with selected funders & not-for-profits
  2. Review best practices to help standardize application templates
  3. Investigate what other communities are standardizing processes

Key Findings
  1. Use technology to better effectively share information amongst and between funders and not-for-profits
  2. Create information once and reuse it as often as possible
  3. We should stop writing reports documenting the problems with granting and reporting
