Share-by-Default: 21st Century Board Governance Imparative

In 2012, Framework wants to get Sharesies into the water supply. We hope the conversation begins to really take off. Our approach is three fold:
  1. Continue to do our own internal prototyping & analysis about the pros and cons of sharing mission critical information. This includes quantifying the time savings through hyper-transparency & 'information once/distributed widely/accessible multiple places'.
  2. Establish a simple/cost effective certification process for organizations seeking to become Sharesies Certified. Partner with selected number of technology companies as sponsors.
  3. Incorporate Sharesies into the Timeraiser programming by developing a Sharesies Academy add-on to our existing schedule of events. For instance, we will host a small gathering on the Friday prior to the 9th Toronto Timeraiser (Saturday March 23rd). As such, we will also be rolling all our technology prototyping into Sharesies Lab.
For more information, please visit our micro-site www.sharesies.org. The following table below has some of our explicit goals & objectives, plus how we plan on measuring success.
