Art Acquisition & Art Community Outreach Strategy

Collaboration Strategy

We work hard not to re-create the wheel by collaborating where possible. Like a broken-record, we reach out as much as possible with Art Councils, Community Foundations, United Ways, & Volunteer Centres.

Continual Learning Strategy

Showing impact is fricken hard. Hard because it can take a long time, sometimes years, to demonstrate that the Timeraiser and our other programming is effective. Take a read of our Learning and Evaluation Model.

Resource Development Strategy

We've been squeezing water out of rocks to keep the lights on while we scale the Timeraiser. We are aggressively expanding our efforts to sleep a little easier with a strong financial position.

Sharing Imperative: Getting Sharesies Into the Water Supply

We don't want to sound like a broken record, but Framework plans to get the Sharing Imperative on to the agenda of do-good organizations. Learning to Share What You Need to Share is a governance question.

Skilled Volunteer Engagement Strategy

If Framework can't live the values we are promoting via the Timeraiser, there is no philosophical way the program can meet its full potential. We need to walk the talk. So we have an active plan to take on people interested in using their skills to enable our work.
